A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party company that operates the search service. Clay County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy practices apply to the query after it is submitted.
If you send an email or use a contact form, the message and contact details are kept as needed to read and answer the request. Contact messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
